Installation and assembly

The assembly workshop is the final stage in product manufacture. Finished instruments is the result of work of many specialists. Special attention is paid to product quality: all materials, vendor items and electronic components undergo incoming inspection which prevents defective parts from being installed into a product. During the manufacture, assemblies and units of an instrument undergo intermediate quality inspections. Finished products undergo mechanical and climatic tests (according to the specified requirements). One of the additional factors that ensure quality is the multiyear experience of manufacture of military and space equipment. We continuously monitor products manufacturability and, if required, purchase new equipment, introduce new technologies.
